1 800 Plumbing

Please do not use this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The work done was so sloppy and we are now having more issues because of it. The plumber did not come when he said, I called and he was annoyed with me for calling, and he left parts for us to put on! Please do not use this company. To not disparage the individual online, the initials are GS. He was supposed to come out repeatedly and did not show up or call to cancel. When I called, he was very annoyed. When he left the job, there was trash left in the crawl space and we had caps we needed to put on ourselves that he needed to bring us. We had bad smells for months with the pipes not being capped. Months later, we are having issues from the work that was not done. The biggest issue was repeatedly not showing up on time, not calling and updating us of a change in time, and when we would finally get a hold of him, he was very annoyed with us. We'd leave work early to be at home when he said he'd be here and then wouldn't show up or call. On top of it, we could not get a receipt for the work. Part was paid in cash and part with check so we are not sure if the bill was correct.

We have used this company three different times. It is used by my daughter at the property management company she works for. She referred them to us. They have provided excellent service. They always come when they say and get the job done without any problems. It is nice to know when you need a good plumber you can always call this company

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable plumber. I will definitely use this business in the future. I really appreciate the time that he took with me to explain my problem, remedies for it, and even how to save some money. Fast and the price was less than expected. Top notch service with a great attitude.

I had service scheduled between 2-4. Brandon (plumber) was timely, knowledgeable and completed not only the repair that he came for, but also glanced at my shower and repaired it as well. Tony came to fix our garbage disposal after we had moved in to our new rental property. He was great to work with, and honestly treated us better than our rental agency. They are quick, efficient, and their employees are very personable!

I had an emergency with the water heater in my rental home. The tenants had to shut off the water to the house and needed someone out there to fix it ASAP. I called and spoke with Kevin and he was amazing. He was not only quick, but efficient and polite. He quoted us a fair price and the problem was fixed within 3 hours (from the time I contacted 1 800 plumbing to the time he finished the job). I am impressed!
